Sildenafil citrate at stabilise state, at a Cupid's disease not sanctioned for the discussion of cavernous dysfunction (80 mg t.i.d.) resulted in a 50% gain in AUC and a 42% increment in Cmax of bosentan (125 mg b.i.d.).
